The Neo-Futurists - an ensemble of writers/performers/artists who create astounding works on a weekly basis. Their workshops are worth every penny.
Otherworld Theatre - A newer company in Chicago, working to bring science fiction to the stage. They're also behind the excellent fantasy/sci-fi short film festival: Juggernaut.
Chicago Literati - An incredible literary resource for Chicagoans and beyond. Anyone who loves the written (and spoken) word will appreciate this site.
Happenstance Theatre - A collective of brilliant performers who are versed in clown, movement and group devised work. If you haven't seen their ever-changing annual show Cabaret Macabre, you are missing out.
Knife & Fork - Founded by Dani Bryant, a theatre company that explores the human relationship with food, and our relationships with our bodies.
